First Aid at Work (3 days)

This course meets the HSE requirements for statutory FAW (First Aid at Work) qualification. The course is set across three 6 hour days and is ideally suited to workplaces where a risk assessment has identified the need for staff to possess appropiate first aid skills and knowledge.

What is First Aid at Work?

First aid at work is a 3 day training course that is designed to provide first aiders with the knowledge and skills they need to respond effectively to emergency situations in the workplace. The course covers a range of essential first aid skills that are suitable for large workplaces with high hazards such as; construction, manufacturing and healthcare settings. The range of skills included will equip first aiders with the knowledge needed to be able to confidently and quickly to respond to injuries or illness.

The course meets the health and safety executives requirement for first aid in the workplace and is widely recognised as a level 3 first aid qualification.
