Apex's health and safety awareness course provides the core health and safety knowledge employees need to apply for a CSCS card. It provides a solid understanding of UK health and safety law, accident prevention and risk assessments.
What is Health and Safety Awareness?
This course highlights potential hazards when working on site and provides practical advice on keeping yourself and colleagues safe. It covers your individual and employers responsbilites, including what you can do if you think anyones health and safety is put at risk. It shows the correct steps in trying to mitigate potential hazards, creating a safer environment.
The course includes; recognising hazards and the risks in the workplace which are essential to a safe working environement. It will allow you to understanding how to reduce these risks and how to respond if someones health or safety is at risk.
